RETURNS POLICY
Returns for refund are accepted within 30 days for new, unused items, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns for refund or replacement due to damaged or wrong items are accepted within 4 days.
An RMA number and return address must be issued to you before you can return the item. Please contact us for the RMA number and instructions.
There is a 30 day return policy with the exception of damaged items, which require notice within 4 days. Items can be returned that are damage or if you received the wrong item. Items that are declined or returned due to no longer wanting an item will be access a restocking fee of 20%.
Clothing must be returned in new, unused condition inside the original packaging, and is subject to a restocking fee.
Items that come with tags, like bags, wallets and clothing, must have their tags attached. We will not accept returns that have their tags removed.
