    Description

A wonderful example of a Thai long sword made around the Vietnam Conflict Era. The stainless blade measures 23 3/8" in length with a wood handle that is 9 1/2" long. The blades edge is damage free as is the handle. The brass collar is firmly in place and the guard is solid, proudly displaying a couple of sunflower impressions . Correct markings are on the blade with what looks to be the makers name stamped near the guard. The wooden scabbard is crack free and the twinnings are all secure with a shoulder sling for carrying. A lot of these swords were pick up by troops during leave from conflict and brought back home. Please view all pictures for quality and condition.
