Used Lincoln DC400 arc welder for sale. 3 phase power. Very good physical condition. Powers up but does not seem to be providing current. Pulled from service 3 years ago (4/2018). Has attached custom fabricated cable hangars. Cables not included.
Local pickup preferred but shipping may be available.
