Ladder includes 10 ft of Original Round Channeled Track w/ 4 Cast Iron Hanging Brackets
Ladder measures 98.5” Tall
Side Hand Rail width is 24”
Bottom wheel width is 29”
The original rail and ladder both could be easily cut shorter to fit your space
Grip tape was installed on the steps at some point and is lifting away from the wood as shown in photos, Could be re-glued down or removed completely
Ladder is a Barn Find, Uncleaned; As Found and may need cleaning before use
Ladder is used with signs of wear, use and age. Please review all photos and ask questions if needed
