    Up for sale is a special-order Cotterman Tilt-N-Roll 5TS26A3E20B8COP3 rolling stair made from 100% stainless steel.
    This rolling stair ladder is in nearly new condition, it was lightly used in a pharma manufacturing plant for a few months before downsizing.
    This is the 5-step version with 50" top step height. The guardrails are 42" high around the platform. All steps are 24" wide and the top step is 24" wide by 20" deep. This model has the Cotterman A3 serrated tread for high grip. 450 pound load capacity. Finish is sandblasted/matte dull.
    List price from Cotterman is 50 with about a 10-week order time. This ladder is in excellent like-new condition, ready to skid and ship, and can be at your facility in just a few days.
    Located in El Cajon, California, 20 minutes East of downtown San Diego. Local inspection and pickup is welcomed and encouraged, however skidding and shipping is easy and can be done at reasonable prices -- freight shipping at less than 0 to the East Coast in most cases.
