DWP. The unit is fully operational but may require some cleaning and upkeep. The unit has a 4 step dual access platform, 40" platform height and is made from heavy duty steel with a grey powder coated finish. This is great for work around heavy machinery and this unit can have a maximum load of 800 pounds - and is OSHA compliant for use by one or two people. The ladder has a 59 degree climbing angle, handrails are 39" high, and the steps are heavy duty non-slip grip strut steps.
