Outer Case and Display in nice condition.
Includes 2 cm Ultrasound Applicator Wand and hard to find POWER ADAPTER.
Units will not work without proprietary power ADAPTER & Ultrasound Wand....both included!!!
Also includes plastic US Applicator Wand holder. (rare to find a plastic holder that is not broken)
Back plastic snap on rear cover is missing, as can be seen in the photo.... but does not affect operation.
