More stable than wireless
Why more stable? As you know, A wired connection will always be superior to wireless. It comes down to the characteristics of the medium that you transmit through. With wireless, that would be air, using radio waves and wired uses copper or optical fibre. Air is an insulator, copper is a conductor. Wireless is susceptible to interference from other radio sources, wires much less so. Wireless protocols have to be constrained to specific frequencies to prevent interference, wired connections have the entire spectrum available.

Any issues or questions with your order after you receive it, please contact us immediately.
Defective Items:
If you received a defective item, you must return it within

days from receipt of delivery or sooner if possible. You will need to contact our Customer Service department immediately within 2-3 days after item arrives. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we may require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.
If a replacement is needed, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.
