New Other. The ladder is new, but the box on your unit may be unsealed and/or have damage from shipping. The ladder itself will be in good cosmetic condition except where the parts have rubbed each other and worn in some places through the metal. Most of the parts are securely zip-tied (from the manufacturer) but can still move a little bit in their boxes.  Otherwise, the paint looks nice and the whole thing looks new (because it's new).
