6-Step, HEAVY DUTY, Steel Rolling Ladder w/Ribbed Steps/Casters 16 in Wide x 17 in Deep Platform 450lb Capacity.  Standing platform is at 5' and platform measures 16" wide and 17" deep.  Highest point at front on cage rail is 8'.  At it's base it is 64" long x and 27" wide at its widest point which is at its outriggers and side caster wheels.  See pics for other specs (disregard shipping weight as this is a local pickup only item, or arrange with me to deliver, see below).  This item was a display at a warehouse supply place that got new ones for display after this had sat outside for a year and they sold it to me.  I have the next size up and have no need for this one.  My point being that it is practically new and barely used with the only "defect" being the loss of its price tag and some slight fading from sittimg im the sun but not much as you can see from the powder coating and safety stickers.
